This is an amazing team of people. My wife's check engine light came on 3 hours from home. TD Automotive was completely booked but, they took time to diagnose the car, telling her it would be safe to drive. She got in to leave and the car wouldn't crank. Leaving her stranded with her mother and our two young children. She tried for hours to work out a tow and rental car (Turns out our roadside assistance was useless), during which time TD Automotive allowed my family to rest inside out of the heat, gave my children snacks and kept them entertained. They then offered to try to work the car in for a repair the next day. The lady in the office then insisted on taking them to a hotel for the night. The next morning she called my wife at 8:15 am to let her know the car had been fixed and that she was on her way to pick them up. She said the mechanic had stayed late the night before in order to begin the repairs. He had returned early that morning in order to finish them. The bill for their time and repair was just a little over $100 (not nearly what they deserved in my opinion). This team went above and beyond for my family making sure they were safe, cutting into their own personal time to help and not taking financial advantage of a very desperate mother.
